Coach Erinne Guthrie
With 29 years of coaching experience, I’ve helped triathletes of all levels break barriers they never thought possible. My approach is rooted in science, real-world experience, and a passion for helping athletes train smarter—not harder.
But what truly sets me apart is my holistic, whole-athlete approach to coaching. As a certified CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I integrate customized nutrition plans, breathwork techniques, and mindset training into your triathlon journey. Training isn't just about workouts—it's about optimizing your body, mind, and energy systems to perform at your best and recover efficiently.

Coach Heather Downs
Heather’s journey started in 2008 with one goal: lose 100 pounds. She had no idea it would lead her to triathlon—especially since she didn’t even know what a triathlon was until her Personal Trainer suggested it to shift focus away from the scale.
That decision changed everything.
She went on to complete her first race at the Pumpkinman Triathlon in 2010 and never looked back.
Heather not only lost 100 pounds she’s kept it off and now lives a balanced, sustainable lifestyle without extremes.
With 15+ years as a Personal Trainer and 11 years as a Triathlon Coach, she’s passionate about helping others do the same.
Her coaching goes beyond workouts. She helps you build confidence, overcome fear, and create structure so you can stay consistent without starting over.
To Heather, triathlon isn’t just swim, bike, run. It’s how you fuel, recover, manage your time, and show up in your life.
